The NHS Manager, is one of the most misunderstood jobs in the NHS. NHS Hospital Management are responsible for ensuring the patients receive high quality healthcare and that hospitals hit the national targets whilst maintaining robust financial stewardship.

Thanks to Peerr, a few weeks ago I recorded a video podcast explaining what NHS Management is and how I transitioned from practicing as a Pharmacist into this NHS Operational Management.
