Change.

Welcome to the 12th instalment of Chai With Aditya. Todays post is a short note for what I stand for in the Royal College of Pharmacy elections. Change.
Voting opens at 9am for the Royal College of Pharmacy Elections. If I leave you with one thing, I’d say I represent Change.
The profession is changing, the NHS is changing, public expectations are changing. We need fresh, new leadership to support this new future.
I’m standing for three reasons:
Support Pharmacy’s role in digital health and innovation.
Advocate for the role of Pharmacists in neighbourhood and preventative healthcare models.
Support national workforce transformation such as AI literacy, a dynamic workforce across community and hospital pharmacy, and protected research time for Pharmacists.
This is all underpinned by supporting the Royal College in demonstrating value for the profession. Patients needs Pharmacists and we need a Royal College which advocates for us, not about us.
Realistically, I can’t deliver everything, but I can support moving the profession in the right direction.
Vote for Change in Pharmacy. Vote Aditya.
